At **Instalaciones Ambarh**, a company specializing in comprehensive installation solutions, we are looking for an **Architectural Assistant** with solid technical knowledge and experience in the technical and administrative management of construction projects, collaborating in the planning, control, and monitoring of materials, costs, and documentation. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Basic AutoCAD skills. * Basic knowledge of cost estimation, generators, and unit prices. * Familiarity with budgeting software (e.g., Neodata, Opus) is desirable. * Preparation and tracking of quotations. * Procurement management and material scheduling for construction projects. * Control and recording of purchases related to projects. * Preparation and management of invoicing. * General administrative support for department activities.
