The role ensures appropriate planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation to achieve strategic objectives. It serves as a central point to coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all initiatives align with business priorities and are executed within scope, time, and budget. What will be your key responsibilities? * Lead and assume full ownership of project management for DTS transformation and expansion initiatives, ensuring structured execution across all phases. * Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful delivery. * Monitor progress and performance metrics, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. * Develop and validate business cases for new projects, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives. * Maintain rigorous documentation standards, creating detailed records for governance, audits, and continuous improvement. * Provide visibility and status updates on projects through dashboards, reports, and presentations at leadership forums. * Ensure post-execution objective achievement, conduct reviews, and implement corrective actions when necessary. * Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions—including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations—to deliver projects on time and within scope. * Ensure alignment with the DTS One Phasing strategy, integrating project objectives with broader organizational goals. * Act as a bridge between stakeholders and leadership, facilitating decision-making and resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum. * Oversee project risks and implement mitigation plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
