Opportunity to support the Human Resources department JOB DESCRIPTION **Payroll Analyst** ----------------------- Join our Human Resources team! We are looking for a professional with solid experience in payroll processing, handling official platforms, and a high sense of responsibility for this new position. ### **What We Offer** * **Salary:** $13,000 net monthly. * **Payment:** Bi-weekly, on time. * **Employment Type:** Indefinite and immediate. * **Benefits:** Statutory \+ Above-Standard. * 20 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * $500 monthly food vouchers. * Subsidized cafeteria. * **Transportation included:** We operate 3 routes covering: * *Route 1:* Pradera – Encinos – Agua Azul – Coyotillos. * *Route 2:* Amazcala – La Griega – Galeras. * *Route 3:* Villas La Piedad – La Piedad – Sendas – Paseos del Marqués. ### **Location and Schedule** * **Area:** Near Coyotillos, El Marqués, Qro. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. * **Lunch Break:** 1 hour daily. ### **Your Main Responsibilities** * Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll (accurate earnings and deductions). * Calculate taxes, social security contributions, withholdings, and severance payments. * Manage attendance incidents (disabilities, vacations, overtime, bonuses, absences). * Manage and assign food voucher cards. * Coordinate payments and bank disbursements. * Ensure compliance with labor and tax authorities. * Provide direct support to employees regarding payroll receipt and payment inquiries. * Update databases and generate departmental KPIs. ### **Desired Profile** * **Education:** Completed technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or Human Resources. * **Experience:** 3–5 years of verifiable experience in similar roles. * **Essential Systems:** Advanced proficiency in **NOI, SUA, IDSE/IMSS, INFONAVIT**. * **Excel:** Intermediate \- Advanced level (pivot tables, formulas). * **Knowledge:** Current labor and tax legislation. * **Qualities:** Problem-solving ability and excellent service attitude. ### **Additional Requirements** * Preferably reside near the workplace or along the mentioned transportation routes. * Availability to provide general support to the Human Resources department as needed. **Interested in the challenge?** Apply through this channel and become part of a company experiencing continuous growth.
