Summary: Seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics, drive process improvements, and lead operational transformation projects. Highlights: 1. Develop cost reduction initiatives and coordinate internal teams **Position: Operations Coordinator** Juriquilla, Querétaro (On\-site) **Salary:** $45,000 MXN gross per month **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 **We offer:** Legal benefits \+ superior benefits Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related (completed) * Advanced English (spoken and written – mandatory) * Minimum 5 years of experience in operations/logistics * Experience in logistics and import processes * Operational management and KPI analysis * Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization * Project management experience * Team leadership experience * Strong analytical and results\-driven mindset * Effective communication and organization skills Technical skills: * Advanced Excel (mandatory) * Pivot tables * Database management * Data analysis * Power BI (nice to have) * ERP or logistics systems (nice to have) Responsibilities: * Coordinate end\-to\-end logistics operations (imports, transportation, customer service) * Manage import processes (customs, ports, suppliers) * Oversee third\-party warehouses (3PL) * Control and optimize logistics costs * Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs * Implement process improvements (Lean, PDCA, etc.) * Lead operational transformation projects * Support new product implementation * Develop cost reduction initiatives * Integrate processes and coordinate internal teams * Prepare reports for LATAM leadership * Conduct benchmarking and market analysis * Manage and develop team members (5 people) * Ensure daily operational performance * Handle multiple projects simultaneously Sueldo: $45,000\.00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
