




Job Summary: Controls and analyzes travel information for settlements, manages debtors, applies benefits, and generates reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Travel settlement control and analysis 2. Debtor and benefit management 3. Report generation and operator support * Control of travel information pending settlement * Analysis of operator debtors for consideration of deductions in travel settlement * Recording of debtors: union dues, IMSS, unemployment and retirement, INFONAVIT, product shortages, diesel withdrawals, maintenance deductions, loans, and other travel-related deductions * Application of benefits in settlements: bonuses, incentives, savings fund, etc. * Generation of settlements in the system * Generation of Excel files listing all settled trips per day, cross-checked against the system * Notification to the Operator of their settlement * Handling operator inquiries regarding settlements * Maintaining up-to-date debtor files for each operator * Control of union dues and union membership application * Preparation of weekly payroll preview based on accumulated settlements * Accounting entry in KYO Position Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $11,000.00 - $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
