




**We are looking for:** ### **Control Panel** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Administration / Accounting / Business Management / Industrial Engineering or related field. * No problem relocating to or living in El Marqués **Experience and proficiency in:** * SLA (Service Level Agreement) systems * Intermediate/Advanced Excel * Data analysis * Power BI * English level B1 * Customer service **Responsibilities:** * Task assignment and SLA compliance for work orders. * Handling, tracking, and closing tasks/work orders. * Process management in ticketing or service request systems. * Timely routing of received reports to meet the client’s service requirements. * Preparing invoices for the client and updating the contract. * Verifying compliance with contract annexes. * Updating the database to keep it current based on generated reports. * Providing timely and proper follow-up and closure of action plans, both corrective and preventive. **We offer:** * Salary: $18,600 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Profit sharing * 6% food vouchers * 5% savings fund **Work location:** El Marqués Industrial Park
