Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring product quality, and performing chemical analysis for production process control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Chemical bath adjustment and execution of chemical maintenance. 2. Ensures product quality and compliance with technical specifications. 3. Identification and documentation of corrective actions and process improvements. \*Responsible for maintaining equipment and tools used in daily activities in good working condition. \*Perform chemical bath adjustment through Hull cell test scaling; execute the chemical maintenance and analysis program. \*Ensure product quality by responding promptly to production processes so that daily output meets the technical specifications for each part number, through accurate analysis and additions. \*Accurately record data in the True Chem software, generate statistics, and use them to make necessary adjustments to maintain production process control. \*Receive and inspect chemical products, ensuring proper control and storage according to SGA requirements. \*Operate the salt spray chamber. \*Verify that consumption of materials used remains within established targets. \*Actively participate in identifying and documenting corrective actions or opportunities for improvement in physicochemical processes using Lean and Core Tools. \*Supervise the assigned Additive Operator’s activities and validate the correct completion of their SGE and SGA forms. \*Correctly complete applicable SGC and SGA system forms related to their role (e.g., line releases, verifications, etc.). \*Within the scope of their role, they are responsible for ensuring product requirement compliance during their shift.
