




**We are looking for:** ### **Control Room (Customer Service)** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Residence in El Marqués (preferably, or no issue with commuting) * **Experience and proficiency in:** * SLA (Service Level Agreement) system * Intermediate/Advanced Excel * Power BI * English at B1/B2 level Customer service * **Responsibilities:** * Timely channeling of received reports to meet the customer’s service requirements. * Preparation of customer invoices and updating of the contract. * Purchase order management. * Verification of compliance with contract annexes. * Updating the database based on generated reports to keep it current.
