




Job Summary: Create detailed 3D models of HVAC systems, define routing paths, detect interferences, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and generate BIM documentation. Key Highlights: 1. BIM documentation generation and material takeoffs Create detailed 3D models of air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems. Define ductwork, piping, and equipment routing paths, considering available space and regulatory requirements. Detect interferences (Clash detection) with structural, electrical, plumbing, and architectural elements; collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems without conflicts. Update models in real time as the project progresses. Generate construction drawings, sections, and details directly from the BIM model. Prepare material takeoffs and quantities for budgeting and procurement. Issue regulatory compliance reports according to project requirements.
