Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning and Control (Scheduling) Project Manager with experience in schedule management for construction or infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule (Level 1, 2, and 3). 2. Identify and manage the project’s Critical Path. 3. Participation in high-technical-level projects. **Project Manager – Planning and Control (Scheduling) Job Description** We are currently seeking a **Project Manager specialized in Project Planning and Control (Scheduling)**, with experience in scheduling management and control for construction or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines within the project, ensuring timely delivery and accurate activity planning. **Responsibilities** **Project Planning and Control** * Develop and maintain the **Master Project Schedule (Level 1, 2, and 3)**. * Integrate schedules from **contractors, engineering firms, and suppliers**. * Identify and manage the project’s **Critical Path**. * Conduct time-impact analyses resulting from changes or delays. **Schedule Management** * Update the **project schedule** weekly. * Generate **lookahead schedules (36 weeks)** for construction work. * Monitor physical progress versus planned progress. * Identify deviations and propose **recovery plans**. **Multidisciplinary Coordination** * Integrate schedules across various disciplines: * Civil works * Electrical systems (substations, UPS, generators) * Mechanical systems (HVAC, chillers, CRAH) * Telecommunications and BMS * Commissioning **Change Control** * Evaluate time impact of **Change Orders**. * Prepare **Time Impact Analysis (TIA)**. **Required Profile** * Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * Experience in **planning and control of construction projects**. * Knowledge of **schedule management and Critical Path analysis**. * Experience coordinating multiple disciplines within a project. * Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., **Primavera P6 or MS Project**, preferred). **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Participation in high-technical-level projects. * Professional development within a multidisciplinary team. **Location:** Querétaro **Interested candidates:** Please submit your updated CV through this channel.
