




Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring the strategic supply of materials, spare parts, and tools for refrigeration and air conditioning systems, by managing suppliers, negotiating prices, and optimizing costs. Collaborates with the technical department to anticipate needs Position Objective: Ensure timely, cost-effective, and strategic supply of materials, spare parts, and tools required for installation, maintenance, and service operations of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, through efficient supplier management, price negotiation, credit terms, and delivery timelines—avoiding emergency purchases and cost overruns. **Main Responsibilities:** **Procurement Management** * Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement of materials, spare parts, and tools for operations and projects. * Ensure availability of critical inventory to prevent operational downtime. * Reduce emergency purchases and cost overruns through planning and control. **Supplier Negotiation** * Negotiate best prices, commercial terms, and delivery timelines. * Manage credit lines and payment terms with suppliers. * Identify new reliable suppliers to improve pricing and availability. **Cost Optimization** * Analyze market prices to ensure competitive procurement. * Implement strategies to reduce material and tool costs. * Generate quotation comparisons before making major purchases. **Inventory Control** * Monitor inventory levels and define minimum and maximum stock levels. * Coordinate with warehouse to avoid shortages of key materials. * Implement controls to prevent stockouts or duplicate purchases. **Operational Coordination** * Work with the technical department to anticipate material requirements. * Coordinate procurement according to scheduled projects, maintenance, and service activities. * Ensure purchased materials meet technical specifications. **Administration and Follow-up** * Generate purchase orders and track deliveries. * Maintain an updated supplier and pricing catalog. * Prepare savings, procurement, and supplier performance reports. **Candidate Profile:** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Commerce, or related field (preferred). * Candidates with proven experience in technical procurement are also welcome. **Experience** * 3–5 years in technical or industrial procurement. * Experience negotiating with suppliers. * Experience managing inventory.
