Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for a freight transportation company, responsible for managing shipments, scheduling services, and preparing quotations. Shipment tracking 2\. Service scheduling, pickup, and delivery 3\. Preparation of customer quotations, aiming for effectiveness 4\. Document and follow up on special customer requirements 5\.
