You only need: \- Completed high school diploma \- 2 years of experience in cafeterias/restaurants/dining halls in this position \- Knowledge of hygienic food handling \- Preparation of dishes \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday What will you do? Organization of workstation, general cleaning, washing and preparation of food and beverages, inventory management, customer service, product arrangement, recipe management, costing, requisitions, FIFO, knowledge of basic food hygiene and handling regulations.
