




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in billing to manage shipping documentation, orders, goods control, and participate in inventory activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages shipping documentation and customer invoicing. 2. Processes transfer orders and coordinates goods inbound and outbound logistics. 3. Actively participates in inventory counts and return tracking. Administrative Assistant with billing experience. EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 1 YEAR IN A SIMILAR POSITION EXCEL PROFICIENCY **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** \-Generate shipping documentation for customer goods deliveries and invoice lists. \-Process transfer orders and record goods receipt into the system. \-Compile documentation for goods delivery, transfers, receipt, and returns; track customer returns due to loading errors, billing discrepancies, and other issues. \-Print generated purchase orders; perform billing for previously created sales orders; participate in inventory activities. \-Coordinate goods inbound and outbound logistics.
