




Job Summary: The Accounting Assistant will be a key player in financial support, recording, organizing, and verifying accounting information with an analytical and ethical perspective, contributing to order and transparency. The Accounting Assistant will be a key player in the financial support of our projects. Their role involves accurately recording, organizing, and verifying accounting information with an analytical and ethical perspective that contributes to internal order and operational transparency. Required Knowledge Proficiency in accounting software (preferably CONTPAQi or COI). Recording of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and electronic invoicing. Basic knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards. Intermediate\-advanced Excel proficiency. Familiarity with SAT platforms (downloading and validating XML files, tax returns, DIOT, etc.). Expense and revenue management and control. Basic knowledge of tax matters, payroll, and withholdings. Desirable experience with financial reporting and budgeting. Responsibilities Record and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly documented. Update accounts receivable, issue and manage electronic invoices. Update accounts payable and perform bank reconciliations. Organize and validate expenses, payroll records. Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with the company’s legal and financial guidelines. Prepare tax returns and reports for the SAT. Update financial data in databases to ensure information is accurate and immediately available when needed. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports. Prepare monthly/annual closings. Assist with other accounting tasks. Maintain physical and digital archives of accounting documentation. Provide general support in finance and administration.
