Job Summary: The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for bank reconciliations, payments, financing activities, and compliance with financial policies, contributing to LG Innotek’s liquidity and financial stability. Our Treasury Specialist will be responsible for bank reconciliations, payments, financing activities, and compliance with financial policies, contributing to LG Innotek’s liquidity and financial stability. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Planning, execution, and control of supplier and service provider payments. * Daily management of treasury and banking reports. * Support in preparing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts. * Support in analyzing major variances in cash flows. * Management of bank balances, transfers, SPEI transactions, and payments. * Management of accounts payable according to due dates. * Coordination with Accounting and Administration departments during monthly closings. * Compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and procedures. * Performing bank reconciliations. * Support in the monthly treasury department closing. **Job Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting or Finance. * **2–5 years of experience** in treasury, finance, or accounting. * Experience in the Automotive Industry. * Cash flow and liquidity management. * Bank reconciliations. * Financial products and financing. * Basic tax and financial regulations. * Proficiency in **ERP** systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar). * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * **Intermediate/advanced English** (preferred, depending on work environment). * High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and professional ethics.
