A committed individual with passion for automotive service and teamwork **Nissan** is looking for a **Quality Process Engineer** to join our team to ensure the implementation and updating of processes, as well as the generation of action plans focused on continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the updating of quality procedures * Guarantee compliance with and development of processes through constant verification and training of involved departments * Interpret and analyze root causes and identify them in non-conformities reported to the dealer * Develop action plans focused on continuous improvement of performance indicators related to routine operations * Review proper application of industrial safety regulations across all processes * Interpret and communicate results of implemented action plans **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, preferred **Technical knowledge in:** * Process development and facilitation * Strategic planning * Root cause analysis methodologies * Industrial safety regulations (STPS) * ISO standards * Audit knowledge * Proficiency in Office software and Drive **We Offer:** * Salary of **$12,000 monthly before taxes** * Statutory benefits from day one * Life insurance * Growth opportunities within a leading automotive industry company * Continuous training and a dynamic work environment * Savings fund If you are a committed individual with passion for automotive service and teamwork, we invite you to join our team at Nissan!
