SKILLS: Personnel management, leadership and teamwork, customer service orientation, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, work organization, punctuality, numerical aptitude, problem and conflict resolution, flexible working hours. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and supervise maintenance personnel, generate reports and analyze information, issue purchase orders and track them, prepare area-specific budgets, strategically plan unit maintenance, lead efforts toward a preventive maintenance culture. EXPERIENCE: 2 years in a similar position, knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines, supervision experience.
