Job Summary: We are seeking a Transportation Prospecting Validation Analyst to ensure legal, tax, and operational compliance of carriers and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Management of digital files and tracking of incidents. A logistics-sector company located in Querétaro is looking for talent to join its team as a Transportation Prospecting Validation Analyst. **Job Objective** Ensure that each carrier and supplier meets the company’s legal, tax, operational, and safety requirements through document validation, integration, and updating of digital files prior to onboarding and trip assignment. **Main Responsibilities** * Validation and review of legal, tax, and administrative documentation of carriers and suppliers. * Analysis of contracts, agreements, and compliance opinions. * Tracking of the onboarding process for suppliers and carriers. * Control, organization, and updating of digital files. * Verification of regulatory compliance with SAT, CFDI/Carta Porte, IMSS, and SICT. * Coordination with internal departments such as Operations, Safety, Legal, and Finance to ensure aligned processes. * Identification, documentation, and tracking of incidents or documentary inconsistencies. * Support for continuous improvement of validation and compliance-related processes. **Required Profile** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Commerce, Law, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in document validation, logistics compliance, supplier administration, or the transportation sector. * Knowledge of corporate documentation, administrative procedures, and applicable sector regulations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking. * Organization and timely follow-up. * Confidential handling of information. * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork. * Focus on compliance and continuous improvement. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$13,000 MXN**. * Working hours from Monday to Friday. * Job stability. * Professional development within a logistics-sector company.
