Position Summary: We are seeking a Boutique Assistant Manager to manage the sales team, maximize results, maintain store image, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the boutique operationally and administratively 2. Coordinates daily activities and monitors productivity indicators 3. Manages staff and delivers high-quality customer service PARFOIS is a European fashion accessories brand for women, experiencing continuous growth. We operate over 800 stores across more than 80 countries. Our target audience includes enthusiasts of the latest trends in accessories such as costume jewelry, handbags, wallets, and watches. **Join our team as:** Boutique Assistant Manager \- GALERÍAS QUERÉTARO. Your role will involve managing the store's sales team to maximize sales, achieve targets, and motivate staff, as well as maintaining store image and product presentation — all with full support and training from the company. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in this role within the fashion retail sector, including shopping malls, department stores, boutiques, and/or retail environments **Working Hours:** Full-time, 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM, with 2 days off per week **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operational and administrative store management Implementation of the store’s work plan Coordination of daily store activities Monitoring store-level productivity indicators (average transaction value, conversion rate, product turnover, profitability, and staff turnover) Inventory control (transfers, returns, and deliveries) Expense, budget, and shrinkage control Organizing the sales team regarding strategies and marketing Implementation of policies and procedures within the department Staff administration, including staffing levels, employee performance, productivity, and training Customer service and complaint resolution **COMPETENCIES:** Goal-oriented and team-based work Active listening Effective verbal communication Organization Commitment Accountability Personnel management **WE OFFER:** Immediate hiring Excellent working environment Base salary $12,450 \+ Savings Fund $1,120\.50 \+ Attractive commission plan \+ Statutory benefits \+ Transportation allowance bonus $1,000 \+ Performance bonus $3000\.
