Job Summary: Magna is seeking a Cycle Counter & Kitting professional to ensure inventory reliability, perform cycle counts, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and support warehouse and Kanban operations. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Job Responsibilities:** **Cycle Counter \& Kitting** High school diploma or Technical Superior University (TSU) degree in administration, logistics, or related field Essential knowledge and minimum 1 year of experience in: * Inventory management * Root cause analysis methodology * SAP * FIFO Responsibilities * Maintain inventory reliability * Monitor and follow up on the cycle count calendar schedule * Perform daily cycle counts according to the schedule * Investigate root cause and resolve any discrepancies identified * Report quantities, locations, and transactions in the system * Execute physical movements within the warehouse * Audit proper Kanban form completion * Provide support to warehouse and KANBAN areas Key Competencies: * Inventory control and management * Knowledge of Kanban systems * Root cause analysis methodology * Regulatory and management systems (ISO / IATF) We offer: Direct plant employment contract and benefits exceeding statutory requirements **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
