Requirements: · Education: High school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree/Engineering. · Minimum 2 years of experience in interfaces, file management, load evidences, picking and shipping data entry, updating loading schedules. Functions: · Validate in the system that the order is closed, using the picker's work order as reference. · Verify that each shipment meets the necessary requirements and that invoices are attached, in order to deliver to distribution and obtain proof of shipment. · Estimate the number of pallets required per requested order to provide visibility on the type of vehicle needed for shipping. · Prepare area indicators to report account performance to the manager, based on information provided by shift supervisors. · Availability to rotate shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, every 15 days.
