Franca Patisserie, a French artisanal bakery in Querétaro, is looking for talent like yours: Position: Pastry Assistant. Location: Green Town Plaza, La Vista Residencial Morning shift: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (day off on Mondays). Requirements: * Mandatory: Tax status certificate and NSS number. * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or pastry experience (not required). * Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and in an organized manner **Punctuality and proactive attitude**. * Compliance with food hygiene standards. Responsibilities: * Prepare pastry products, including mixing, weighing, baking, assembly, and finishing. * Ensure products meet company quality standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workstations. * Monitor raw material inventory, place requisitions, and ensure supply availability. * Comply with food hygiene regulations and report equipment issues or damages. * Collaborate with the pastry supervisor in reviewing production lists and resolving questions or errors.
