Job Summary: Design innovative preliminary housing projects, develop executive projects, and provide technical support to internal and external departments. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining the company’s image at the forefront **Objective** Design innovative and creative preliminary projects to develop executive housing projects and/or products that meet current customer needs while complying with company guidelines. **Responsibilities** * Develop new housing and/or product proposals according to company requirements. * Develop executive housing and/or product projects according to company requirements. * Prepare housing and/or product projects in the formats required by various departments for review. * Prepare housing and/or product projects in the formats required by cost and construction administration departments for costing and tendering. * Provide clarification support regarding projects to various company departments as well as external entities when required. * Continuously update projects due to on-site variations. * Print and assemble housing and/or product booklets for on-site execution. * Maintain cordial relationships with gas experts, electrical experts, structural engineers, and various suppliers to achieve objectives. * Present innovative projects aligned with new design trends to maintain the company’s image at the forefront. * Produce housing renders for sales brochures and commercial materials. * Prepare housing sales brochures for the commercial department. * Visit construction sites weekly for internal feedback on departmental projects. * Review and conduct competitive analysis studies to develop new proposals and identify threats. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Advanced AutoCAD. * Basic Revit. * Advanced SketchUp. * Advanced V-Ray. * Basic Office suite. * Experience developing executive projects. * Knowledge of construction and its processes. * Design experience. * Knowledge of finishes.
