At **Señales Vimar**, a company belonging to Grupo Vimar, we are looking for a **Construction Site Resident Assistant** to join our team. **Work Location:** Meeting point near “La Estrella” Soccer Fields, Tultepec (buses depart from here to the project site) or Palmas Street, La Trinidad, Texcoco. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Half-day on Saturdays. **Requirements:** * Advanced student, recent graduate, or technician in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Experience and certification in industrial safety (mandatory). **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports. * Control of drawings and technical documentation. * Control of materials and supplies, as well as support in preparing additional budgets. * Coordinate activities of workers and contractors to ensure operational efficiency. * Verify that work is carried out according to drawings and technical specifications, including material testing. * Monitor compliance with industrial safety standards and report hazardous conditions. * Perform traffic confinement activities to support traffic assistants. * Operate vehicles for transporting personnel and materials. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $13,400 to $15,900, commensurate with qualifications. * Statutory benefits.
