Hipódromo, Mexico City. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; professional license is mandatory. Previous experience as a site resident architect. Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and reconciling generators. Knowledge of unit price integration and analysis. Experience in site administration, scheduling, and progress control. Proficiency in advanced software: AutoCAD, Neodata, Opus, Project, and Excel. Proactivity, organizational skills, and leadership abilities on site. Full availability for travel (MANDATORY). \* Minimum 3 years of experience Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction activities. Prepare progress reports and budget tracking reports. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on site. Coordinate and lead assigned personnel. Resolve issues and make effective decisions on site.
