Generation of accurate technical and construction documentation. **Position: BIM Design Architect (Industrial)** **Location:** Querétaro, Qro. **Salary:** $15,000 – $18,000 monthly. **Technical Requirements:** * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in **Revit** (modeling at **LOD 300**, **MEP**, and **Structures**). * **Coordination:** Preference for using **Navisworks** for interference detection. * **Methodology:** Implementation of the **ETM Arq** workflow. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years on industrial warehouse projects. **Responsibilities:** * Detailed **LOD 300** modeling of architecture, structures, and MEP systems. * Interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection. * Generation of accurate technical and construction documentation. **We Offer:** * Salary range of $15k to $18k based on experience. * Growth opportunities on large-scale projects in Querétaro.
