Job Summary: This role involves preparing cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and budgets, as well as using design software to create detailed drawings and execute construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cost estimation and budget preparation 2. Use of design software for detailed drawings 3. Execution of construction projects and material specifications Prepares project cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and budgets; uses design software to visualize and produce detailed drawings; executes construction projects, including plans (floor plans, elevations, sections), construction details, and material specifications.
