




Administrative Assistant Main Responsibilities * Manage correspondence (receive, sort, and send physical and digital mail). * Maintain and update administrative records and databases. * Support the organization of appointments, meetings, and events (reserve venues, prepare materials, take minutes). * Operate office equipment (printers, scanners, photocopiers) and perform basic maintenance. * Assist in managing office supply inventories and request replenishments. * Prepare administrative documents (forms, basic reports, memoranda) using office software. * Greet visitors and answer telephone calls, providing basic information. * Collaborate with other departments on general administrative tasks.
