Metalworking company located in Hacienda el Pozo, is seeking: MECHANICAL FORGER and ROLLER (ROLLER) **Requirements:** * Minimum secondary education * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial forging or rolling * Experience with FIDE, CHUNZU, HARTFORD, NATIONAL, WATERBURY, SASPI or similar machines * Availability to work rotating shifts * If from out of town, willingness to relocate **Main responsibilities:** * Operate and adjust machinery to manufacture metal fasteners: screws, bolts, rivets, studs, etc. * Mount and dismount tools, adjust machine settings and timing * Dimensional and quality control using measuring instruments (caliper and micrometer) * Compliance with safety, efficiency, and autonomous maintenance standards. **Shift schedules:** 1st Shift: 6:30 am \- 2:30 pm 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm \- 10:00 pm 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm \- 6:30 am Shifts are rotating and subject to production scheduling **Benefits:** * Christmas bonus of 15 days * Vacation bonus of 25% * Life insurance * Uniform (1 per year) * Annual grocery allowance * Competitive salary based on specialty and skills Job type: Full-time Salary: $26,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site position
