Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting and Finance Specialist for LG Innotek to support accounting analysis and handle financial information for the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for scheduling and controlling supplier payments 2. Daily treasury and banking management 3. Our Accounting and Finance Specialist will be responsible for supporting accounting analysis and handling LG Innotek’s financial accounting information. **TEMPORARY POSITION DUE TO MATERNITY LEAVE (6–9 MONTHS).** **Position Responsibilities:** * Scheduling, execution, and control of supplier and service payments. * Daily preparation and management of treasury and banking reports. * Support in preparing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts. * Support in analyzing major cash flow variances. * Administration of bank balances, transfers, SPEI, and payments. * Management of accounts payable according to due dates. * Coordination with Accounting and Administration departments for monthly closings. * Compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and procedures. * Performing bank reconciliations. * Support in monthly treasury department closings. * Support for internal and external audits. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel * Experience with ERP systems (Oracle / SAP) * Familiarity with electronic banking platforms (domestic and international payments) * Control and analysis of bank loans with domestic and foreign banks * Foreign currency buying and selling operations Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $25,000.00 – $27,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Taxes: 3 years (Mandatory) * Financial Statements: 3 years (Mandatory) * VAT Law: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
