This role does not just design screens: it **defines the experience, the strategy, and the product’s business impact.** What You’ll Do * Define and govern the UX/UI strategy aligned with digital and business strategy. * Formalize Design Thinking and UX as cross-functional approaches across the organization. * Prioritize UX/UI standards and quality criteria across all digital projects. * Approve design deliverables and refine collaboration processes. * Make strategic decisions regarding UX initiative prioritization. * Manage executive stakeholders and business expectations. * Approve UX guidelines, standards, and models. * Communicate results, progress, and risks to executive committees. * Integrate UX/UI with product, technology, processes, and business. * Measure and demonstrate the impact of UX/UI on business KPIs and experience Requirements * +5 years as a UX leader, UX/UI coordinator, or UX/UI Manager * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (**Degree required)** * Strong focus on UX and metrics * Design Systems * Influence and storytelling * Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools. * Knowledge of design systems, accessibility, and documentation. * Experience with Maze and testing tools * AI tools for design Benefits * Net salary from $44,000 to $48,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Digital platforms for training * Work modality: On-site – Coyoacán Interested candidates should apply through this channel with an updated CV; we will contact you shortly.
