Your mission will be to transform marketing leads into **qualified meetings** for the Closers team, applying technical judgment and persuasive communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and manage the assigned database. * Conduct multichannel outreach: *LinkedIn, email, and cold calling*. * Perform initial diagnosis of the prospect's digital status (SEO, SEM, UX/UI). * Maintain an updated CRM and manage the sales pipeline. * Schedule **qualified meetings** with decision-makers. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales/SDR/customer service. * Basic–intermediate knowledge of **SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Web Design, UX/UI, Shopify, WordPress**. * Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar). * Skills: persuasive communication, resilience, cold calling, handling objections. \#Sales25 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
