Cardboard Boxes Zapopan, a manufacturing company, is seeking: Accountant **Job Objective:** Administer, control, and supervise the company's accounting, financial, and tax records, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, accurate presentation of financial information, and support in decision-making. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in **Public Accounting** or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting, preferably within manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of production costs and inventory control. * Proficiency in accounting records, bank reconciliations, and financial statements. * Familiarity with tax obligations before the Tax Administration Service and tax calculation. * Numerical analysis, organizational, and control skills. * Responsible, analytical, discreet, and proactive. **Key Responsibilities:** * Record and supervise accounting journal entries. * Prepare monthly financial statements. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Conduct and supervise inventories of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. * Review production costs and unit costs. * File monthly and annual tax returns. * Calculate and pay federal and state taxes. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Maintain fixed asset records. * Support internal and external audits. * Prepare financial reports for management. * Supervise the company's tax and accounting compliance. **Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Financial analysis. * Working under pressure. * Decision-making. * Honesty and confidentiality. * Leadership and administrative follow-up. **Suggested Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
