Job Description: Traffic Executive Department: Operations / Traffic Location: \[MANZANILLO] Employment Type: Full-time / On-site **Purpose of the Position** Manage, coordinate, and monitor import and export logistics and customs operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate timely and accurate customs clearance of goods. * Track shipments punctually from origin to release. * Maintain constant communication with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and authorities. * Verify documentation (customs declarations, bills of lading, invoices, certificates, etc.) and ensure its correct preparation. * Enter and update information in internal systems and external platforms. * Identify and prevent potential operational or documentation issues. * Support resolution of logistical or customs-related emergencies. * Prepare tracking reports and operational KPIs. **Requirements** * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a customs brokerage firm or logistics company. * Knowledge of import/export processes and Mexican customs regulations. * Proficiency in customs management systems (e.g., SAAI, TMS, ERP). * Intermediate Excel skills and administrative abilities. * Strong sense of urgency, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team. **Desirable** * Intermediate English (reading and writing). * Knowledge of non-tariff regulations (NOMs, permits, etc.). * Experience serving clients in the automotive, pharmaceutical, or retail sectors. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Do you currently reside in Manzanillo, Colima?
