Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive legacy in the world! **Employee Type** Trust-based **Job Objective** Ensure the service level expected by our customers through inventory reliability and on-time delivery within quality standards and at the projected cost. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Ensure receipt of materials (from suppliers, internal transfers, re-shipments, supplies), verifying compliance with quality requirements, correct quantities as ordered, proper identification, and secure storage in designated warehouse areas per market, center, and warehouse layout. * Execute established work plans by allocating necessary resources for order fulfillment, ensuring timely handover of orders to carriers to meet customer requirements regarding quantity, quality, and schedule (picking, packaging, loading / DT Primaries, Secondaries, Customer Pickup, Exports). * Receive and reintegrate materials returned by our customers, and perform final segregation and containment of defective materials (destruction, collections, rescheduling, rejections). * Evaluate staff performance during activities and develop skills through training to sustain continuous improvement. Experience * Warehouse and Inventory Administration and Control: 2 YEARS * Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain Processes: 2 YEARS * Operational Reporting for Decision-Making: 1 YEAR * Implementation of KPIs: 1 YEAR * Administration and Operation of a Shift in Warehouses and/or Distribution Centers: 2 YEARS * Administration and Operation of a Shift in Warehouses and/or Distribution Centers handling at least 20,000 pallets: 2 YEARS Knowledge * Excel Proficiency (Intermediate): Charts Education Bachelor’s Degree **Additional Profile** EXPERIENCE: Pharmaceutical Industry. Supervision of at least 100 people.
