Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Type of Employee** Operations Technician**Position Objective** Perform activities that ensure equipment/machinery operate correctly, conduct product quality tests/controls, resolve issues arising during manufacturing, and collaborate in the continuous improvement of production processes.**Responsibilities and Activities** Activities may include: 1\. Perform inspections, maintenance, and/or repair of industrial machinery, production equipment, conveyor systems, refrigeration systems, hydraulic systems, etc. 2\. Identify and diagnose mechanical problems in equipment and machinery using diagnostic tools such as measuring instruments, analysis software, etc. 3\. Assemble and install new mechanical equipment according to manufacturer specifications or project manager requirements. 4\. Fabricate mechanical parts using appropriate tools and machinery—such as lathes, milling machines, welders—and assemble mechanical components according to engineering drawings and technical specifications. 5\. Calibrate and adjust mechanical equipment to ensure optimal and precise operation. Experience 6 months to 1 year in similar roles.
