Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments **CHC Group** **We are seeking:** **Operations and Construction Supervisor with telecommunications experience** **Requirements:** * **Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree** related to telecommunications. * **Proven experience managing crews** or technical teams. * **Two years of experience in the field.** * **Personal computer equipment.** **Responsibilities:** * Lead technical teams: Assign tasks and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and networks. * Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and networks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and service quality. * Manage resources: Efficiently administer material, human, and financial resources for operations. * Resolve issues: Identify and effectively resolve technical and operational problems. * Coordination and communication: Maintain effective communication and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders. **We offer:** * Net salary starting at $18,000 * All statutory benefits * Growth opportunities * Night shift (8:00 pm to 8:00 am) Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $18,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
