Requirements: * Minimum education level: High school diploma * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience in personnel administration. * Computer equipment handling skills. * Knowledge of surveillance and security systems. Responsibilities: * Assign tasks to security personnel and organize work shifts. * Supervise personnel and monitor compliance with assigned activities. * Attendance control and recordkeeping. * Manage vacations, absences, incidents, etc. of personnel. * Prepare performance reports for the department. * Complete and supervise department logbooks. * Ensure completion of required training courses and documentation for audits.
