




Job Summary: Responsible for planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet, supervising diagnostics and coordinating teams and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of maintenance for tractors and trailers 2. Supervision of mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostics and repairs 3. Coordination of in-house maintenance personnel and external suppliers * Plan and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance program for tractors and trailers. * Supervise mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostics and repairs. * Ensure unit availability for foreign operations. * Coordinate internal maintenance staff and external suppliers. * Manage inventory of spare parts, tires, and consumables. * Authorize work orders and track repairs. * Control maintenance costs and generate reports and metrics (availability, failures, costs). * Ensure compliance with vehicle safety and operational standards. * Address on-road failures and coordinate mechanical rescues when necessary. * Collaborate with the operations department to minimize unit downtime.
