Job Summary: We are seeking a Lathe Operator to manufacture and finish parts, perform roughing operations, adjustments, and tolerance control, and maintain machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Manufacturing and finishing of parts using conventional lathes and milling machines. 2. Maintenance and repair of food production machinery. 3. Interpretation of engineering drawings and technical specifications for machining. Join our team as a **LATHE OPERATOR** **Key Responsibilities** Manufacture or finish parts; perform roughing operations on conventional lathes; adjust dimensions and tolerances for bearings; thread rods; operate milling machines and mechanical components; additionally, carry out maintenance and repair tasks to ensure proper machine functionality. **Required Skills** * Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications for parts. * Operate conventional lathes to machine components (shafts, bushings, axles, threads, etc.). * Fabricate replacement parts for food production machinery. * Repair worn or damaged components. * Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters. * Measure and verify parts using precision instruments. * Perform basic lathe maintenance. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards (prevent product contamination). * Follow industrial safety procedures. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Machine Tools, Industrial Mechanics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Responsibility. * Proactivity. **WE OFFER** * Statutory benefits (AFORE, INFONAVIT, Christmas bonus, vacation pay, etc.). * Profit-sharing. * 8% savings fund. * Subsidized cafeteria (50%). * Transportation. * Funeral expense assistance. * Continuous training. * Educational support. * Weekly salary.
