




Job Summary: Eseasa Construcciones is seeking an Associate HSE Supervisor to ensure implementation of SSPA policies, provide advisory support, and monitor safe execution of fieldwork. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure SSPA policies and safe practices in the field. 2. Advise on SSPA, risk management, and safety analysis. 3. Monitor equipment, conduct safety inspections and training. Eseasa Construcciones requires for a project in Salina Cruz, Oax.: **Associate HSE Supervisor** Requirements: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field (degree and professional license). * Minimum 1 year of experience in construction projects and work involving heavy machinery. * Knowledge and interpretation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards (completion of related courses is mandatory). * Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) issued by STPS applicable to SSPA; safety, environmental and occupational health risk management; lifting accessories and machinery; first aid. * Courses in Industrial Safety and Internal Auditor Training. Responsibilities: * Ensure that SSPA policies and safe work practices are implemented by field operations personnel. * Communicate and implement the Company’s specific SSPA policies, procedures and plans at the Project level. * Provide SSPA advisory support during planning, preparation and execution of fieldwork to direct supervision. * Monitor fieldwork execution to provide advisory input and feedback to operational personnel to ensure safe task completion, identifying unsafe acts and conditions. * Provide advisory support during daily safety talks, conducting awareness/training on SSPA topics in the field. * Provide mentoring and advisory support on SSPA matters during development of field risk analyses (AST) and work permits. * Monitor lifting equipment and machinery in the field and report HSE deficiencies and/or concerns according to the client’s internal procedure. * Conduct periodic SSPA inspections under the instruction and supervision of the site supervisor/coordinator as applicable. * Support investigation of accidents/incidents occurring in the field within their assigned area or area of responsibility. * Seek SSPA-related guidance from supervision as appropriate for tasks and decision-making. * Act as first responder in emergency situations. * Conduct monthly inspections of fire extinguishers, PPE, harnesses, hand tools, electric tools, lifting accessories, as applicable at the assigned worksite, and document corresponding evidence. * Participate in CMSH inspection route planning when applicable. * Upload safety information to shared network folders. * Deliver safety talks to workers assigned to their workplace. * Attend scheduled client site visits. * Execute activities outlined in the Project/Installation CSSP Assurance Plan and ensure timely and proper completion. * Distribute, install, assist in maintaining and disseminating SSPA performance information.
