Monitors and records critical points of procedures Mexican company expanding nationally and internationally seeks a **Production Operator** Job Objective: Ensure proper adherence to the manufacturing procedure by applying GMP during the preparation process through strict compliance, supporting continuous improvement. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Completed secondary school or incomplete high school * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions * Ability to work in Santa Cruz de las Flores, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga * Availability to work fixed evening shift **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Operation of material handling equipment (pallet jack, hand pallet truck, drum tipper) * Manual load handling techniques * Experience in production lines (food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics) * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices * Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices * Operation of preparation equipment for solids, liquids, and semi-solids * Numerical skills **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and maintain procedure specifications or critical points during preparation and record them accordingly * Receipt of raw material kits * Perform partial or full cleaning of areas, machinery, tanks (reactors), tools, etc. * Comply with specific plans applicable throughout manufacturing * Delivery of samples and receipt of test results **Competencies:** * Organized * Clean * Results-oriented * Teamwork * Meticulous * Proactive * Integrity * Adaptability to change Working Hours: **Evening Shift** Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM / Saturdays, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time **Benefits:** * Transportation assistance or service * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Subsidized cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers **Experience:** * Production Operator: Minimum 6 months (Mandatory) Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed secondary school (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
