We all belong, we all matter, and we all make a difference. **Position Summary** Responsible for defining the strategy and ensuring the availability of raw materials, components, and indirect materials at the right time for their transformation into finished products. Responsible for creating production programs that ensure customer demand is met, as well as standardizing processes in the functional areas under their responsibility. Provides support to S\&OP. Manages resources in the areas of planning, purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and receiving, as well as ensuring that all employees work toward the continuous improvement of processes. **Responsibilities** * Implement/standardize the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process (SIOP) to improve decision\-making, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency. * Implement/standardize Warehouse Management and Inventory Optimization initiatives, as well as material flow (PFEP, Inventory Strategy, Pull systems, E\&O). * Implement/standardize capacity and resource analysis tools to ensure the feasibility of production plans (e\-capacity, e\-procurement). * Implement/standardize tools and ERP systems related to the supply chain. * Train and develop Materials team personnel on different initiatives in collaboration with the Materials Managers from the plants. Lead the development and implementation of scorecards and KPIs to monitor and optimize materials management performance, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in in materials planning, demand, and capacity, preferably in manufacturing plants. * Experience in implementing and standardizing corporate processes. * Strong knowledge of ERP systems and planning tools. * Experience with Kanban and inventory strategy implementation. * Skilled in problem\-solving tools and Lean system methodologies. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including database management and macros. * APICS certification (preferred). * Strong analytical and results\-oriented mindset. * Proven experience in leading and developing teams * Essential Competencies + Leadership and team management skills. + Strong problem analysis and solving abilities. + Effective communication and teamwork skills. + Results\-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. + Strategic thinking and action + Proactivity + Supporting Growth Bilingual English/Spanish + Proficient in MS Office /Excel, able to develop spread sheets **Language Tags**
