We are looking for talent: ***Logistics and Operations Supervisor*** **Job Description** Administer, organize, and supervise the proper allocation of mobile and fixed equipment and operational staff across branches; strategically coordinate efforts with different departments to ensure timely delivery of products and/or services, seeking complete customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering. Knowledge: Advanced Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP. Minimum 1 year of experience. Personnel management (Operational and Administrative). Experience in Retail industry (preferably hardware and construction). Availability to work on-site. **Responsibilities:** Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. Control, develop, and monitor KPIs. Lead, optimize, and coordinate the entire order cycle. Maintain records on quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery times, transportation costs, and efficiency. Organize warehouse layout, catalog products, plan routes, and process shipments. Resolve any issues or complaints that arise. Supervise, advise, and train assigned personnel. Oversee the operation and appearance of equipment in coordination with maintenance, commercial, sales, and logistics staff. Coordinate the logistics area to ensure proper supply of products and/or services. Collaborate with other departments.
