We are seeking: Shipment Supervisor ** Position Objective: Ensure proper management of logistics and shipments, guaranteeing on-time and accurate deliveries, as well as compliance with quality, cost, and service standards. ** Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise logistics and shipment activities - Track deliveries and handle incidents - Supervise finished goods inventory - Coordinate transportation and shipment documentation - Supervise warehouse operational staff and drivers - Implement improvements in logistics processes ** Requirements: - Engineering or related bachelor's degree (Industrial, Logistics, Administration, or similar) - Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or shipments within manufacturing industry - Knowledge of distribution, transportation, and inventory control - Proficiency in Office applications and ERP systems - Leadership, teamwork, and customer orientation ** We Offer: - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; and two Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Monthly base salary of $19,000 to $20,000 - Weekly payment - Savings fund - Statutory benefits ** We Are Looking For Someone With: - Organization and follow-up skills - Effective communication - Ability to work under pressure - Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement - Must have easy access to the airport zone.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Knowledge: Shipments, Shipping logistics, Route planning, Supervision Driver's licenses: A Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, shipment, shipping, shipment, sending
