MACHINE AND TOOL REPAIR TECHNICIAN WHAT DO WE OFFER? Work schedule: Monday to Saturday / Shift rotation. Base salary: $13,500 (Gross) Attendance and punctuality bonus: $1,350 Statutory and above-statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot) 3% savings fund Savings box Life insurance Free uniforms. Opportunity for growth and economic stability. RESPONSIBILITIES: Parts Management: Identify and request necessary parts or components to complete repairs efficiently. Technical Diagnosis: Evaluate tools upon receipt to identify specific faults through visual inspection and functional testing. Multidisciplinary Repair: Perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and combustion equipment (small engines). Maintenance and Repair Workshop Organization and Cleanliness: Maintain optimal conditions in the work area and diagnostic tools. Activity Recordkeeping: Complete basic reports on tool status and work performed for inventory control. REQUIREMENTS: Both genders Education: Technical high school diploma, incomplete technical degree, or training in mechanics/electrical engineering (or equivalent supporting experience). Demonstrable foundational knowledge in general mechanics, basic electricity, and combustion systems. Minimum experience: 6 months to 1 year in repair workshops, industrial maintenance, or technical support for tools.
