Comprehensive personnel care and HR processes At **SEPIVER S.A. de C.V.**, a leading private security services company, we are seeking committed, service-oriented talent to join our team as **Human Capital Manager**. **Position Objective** Provide comprehensive support to operational and administrative staff, ensuring the correct execution of **recruitment and selection**, **personnel file integration**, **document tracking**, and **employee assistance**, in accordance with the company’s internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel. * Posting and monitoring job vacancies on employment boards. * Integration, updating, and safeguarding of physical and digital personnel files. * Tracking of onboarding documentation, contracts, and deliverables as stipulated in contracts. * Employee assistance and guidance on administrative Human Capital matters. * Coordination with internal departments to ensure process compliance. * Support in termination procedures, internal transfers, and administrative control. * Compliance with applicable internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. *(This position does **not include payroll functions**.)* **Required Profile** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar roles (preferably within private security or service companies). * Knowledge of operational and administrative recruitment processes. * Experience managing physical and digital personnel files. * Familiarity with basic labor regulations is desirable. **Key Competencies** * Organization and follow-up * Attention to detail * Assertive communication * Service orientation * Confidentiality and professional ethics * Ability to work under pressure **Work Location** Colima **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with profile and experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. **Application:** Interested candidates must send their updated CV to responsable.chadm1@sepiver.com.mx, indicating in the subject line: **“Human Capital Manager Colima”**.
