Position Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer with manufacturing experience, skilled in design software, typography, and project management, who collaborates effectively within a team to create and manage designs. Key Highlights: 1. Creative and technical role in graphic design with a focus on manufacturing. 2. Collaboration with clients and suppliers in a dynamic team environment. 3. End-to-end management of designs and their implementation in production. Manufacturing Industry Experience (Preferably plastics)  Image manipulation and editing: Use graphic design software to retouch, edit, and manipulate images, photographs, and graphics.  Typography and color selection: Select and apply appropriate typography and colors aligned with established design standards.  Image editing and retouching  Teamwork: Collaborate with other design professionals (clients and suppliers)  Meeting deadlines: Work within defined timelines and efficiently manage projects to deliver results on time and as required.  Staying current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, tools, and technologies to continuously improve.  Coordinate the development of color palettes for clients  Approve new or revised designs  Responsible for ordering plates for new designs and requesting replacements for damaged plates  Manage and control electronic design files and their versions  Manage and control engraved file archives and inventories  Provide necessary information to the printing department (color standards, color proofs, printing references, technical specifications)  Implement requested design changes from sales or printing departments • Know the location of formats, Work Instructions, Visual Aids, and departmental appendices within the Business Management System. • Understand and apply food safety, quality, HACCP, PRPs, and OPRP concepts, as well as the impact of one’s work on producing safe products. • Be familiar with Bopisa’s Quality Policy, as well as the quality and food safety objectives set for the department. • Responsible for reporting any potential or actual product or raw material contamination risks identified during activities to their immediate supervisor.
