Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized billing assistant to manage and control administrative billing processes and provide support to various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Support and follow-up for branches and the credit and collections department At GRUPO BARCOCINAS, we seek a responsible, organized, and service-oriented billing assistant who contributes to the accurate control and management of administrative processes related to billing and support for various departments. Requirements: · Desired knowledge of SAP, Odoo, and Excel · Previous experience in billing, cashier, and/or point-of-sale operations Skills: · Strong communication skills · Empathetic individual · Proactive attitude · Organizational skills and attention to detail Main Responsibilities: · Invoice stamping (tax certification) · Preparation of weekly and general reports · Re-invoicing · Addressing, supporting, and following up on branch and credit and collections department needs · Handling returns · Issuing credit notes · Validation of tax receipt numbers (folios), invoices, and payment complements · Generation of global invoices · Handling cancellations · Identification of process improvement opportunities Salary: $3,225.00 per week Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
